摘要
目的探讨护理干预在乳腺癌术后化疗患者中的作用,为提升乳腺癌术后化疗质量提供科学依据。方法对2010年8月至2012年8月收治的86例乳腺癌术后化疗患者进行随机分组,干预组43例实施全面护理干预,对照组43例实施普通护理。84d后对两组患者的生活质量评分、焦虑评分进行比较分析。结果干预组患者在生活质量评分、焦虑评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取科学有效的护理干预措施,可以减轻痛苦,改善焦虑症状,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the role of nursing intervention in breast cancer patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy,to provide a scientific basis to enhance the quality of breast cancer after chemotherapy.Methods Admitted to our hospital from August 2010 to August 2012,86 cases of breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy randomized divided into two groups,the intervention group of 43 patients after implementing comprehensive care intervention,the control group of 43 cases of ordinary care,84d two groups patients quality of life scores,anxiety scores for comparative analysis.Results The intervention group patients quality of life scores,anxiety scores were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions Nursing intervention can reduce pain,improve anxiety symptoms,improve quality of life in patients,help patients restore the body ultimately achieve the purpose of reintegration.
