摘要
目的优选出温脐巴布剂的最佳基质配比处方。方法采用均匀设计法,以初黏力、持黏力及综合感官等为评价指标,对巴布剂基质的种类及其用量进行筛选。结果巴布剂基质最佳配比为:聚丙烯酸钠-卡波姆-明胶-丙二醇-甘油-高岭土-甘羟铝-柠檬酸(质量比1.8∶0.3∶1.5∶3.0∶14.0∶1.6∶0.16∶0.32)。结论制备的温脐巴布剂基质具有良好的延展性,外观平整光滑,且能满足黏性要求。
Objective To optimize the formula of Wenqi cataplasm. Methods An experiment based on the U17 （1716） uniform design was performed to study the formula of Wenqi cataplasm, with the initial adhesion, contin- ued adhesion and integrated sensory as evaluation indexes and matrix and its dosage as factors and levels. Results The optimum ration among sodium polyacrylate, carbopol, gelatin, propylene glycol, glycerine, kaolin, glycinate alu- minum and citric acid was 1.8： 0.3： 1.5： 3.0： 14.0： 1.6： 0.16： 0.32. Conclusion Wenqi cataplasm matrix has good ductility and smooth appearance, and can meet viscosity requirements.
