摘要
目的建立虫草参七胶囊中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rb14种皂苷的含量测定方法。方法采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,柱温为35℃,流动相A为乙腈,流动相B为0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长为203 nm,进样量为10μl。结果 4种皂苷浓度在0.02~0.40mg.ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996~0.9999),加样回收率分别为100.7%、100.4%、99.2%、98.7%,RSD分别为2.73%、1.90%、1.77%、1.14%。结论该方法灵敏、准确、具有良好的稳定性和重复性,可用于虫草参七胶囊中4种皂苷的含量测定。
Objective To determine the content of four saponins (notoginsenoside R x, ginsenoside Rg1, gin- senoside Re and ginsenoside Rbt ) in Chongcaoshenqi capsules. Methods HPLC was performed on an Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C 18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column with gradient elution of acetonitrile (A) and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution(B). The flow rate was 1 ml .min-1. The column temperature was set at 35 ℃. The detec- tion wavelength was 203 nm. The injection volume was 10 μl. Results Four saponins showed good linearity in the range of 0.02 - 0.40 mg .ml-1 ( r = 0. 9996 - 0. 9999). The average recovery was 100.7% , 100.4% ,99.2% and 98.7%, respectively. Condusion This method is sensitive, accurate repeatable and stable ,which can be used for the determination of four saponins in Chongcaoshenqi capsules.
