摘要
目的建立用RP-HPLC法测定肾石消胶囊中绿原酸含量的方法。方法以乙腈-0.4%冰醋酸(11∶89)为流动相,SHIMADZU VP-ODS(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)为固定相,检测波长为326 nm,流速1.0 ml.min-1。结果绿原酸进样量在0.0828～0.828μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9994(n=5),平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为0.4%。结论该法结果准确、方法简便、分离度高可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of Chlorogenic acid in Shenshixiao capsules. Methods SHIMADZU VP-ODS column （4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm） was used with acetonitrile-0.04% phosphoric acid（11：89） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml .min-1. The detection wavelength was 326 nm. Results The linear relationship was good when paracetamol was 0. 0828 -0.828 μg（ r = 0. 9994 ）. The average recovery was 99.6%, RSD = 0.4%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate for quantity control.
