摘要
母乳是婴儿最合适的食物,是由多种成分构成的复杂生物液体。母乳不仅含有婴儿所需的各种营养成分,还含有多种非营养性生物活性成分,能更好地促进婴儿健康生长发育。母乳喂养的婴儿呼吸道和消化道感染率较配方奶喂养的婴儿低,而纯母乳喂养时问较长的婴儿疾病发生率更低。说明母乳喂养的婴儿肠道更成熟,免疫功能更好,这与母乳中的非营养性生物活性成分有密切的关系。这些生物活性成分包括乳铁蛋白、免疫球蛋白、长链不饱和脂肪酸、寡聚糖、细胞因子和一些活性细胞。现对母乳中这些生物活性成分的研究进展进行综述。
