婴幼儿食品中阪崎肠杆菌的PFGE分型研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析吉林省市售婴幼儿配方及其谷物食品中分离的阪崎肠杆菌PFGE(脉冲场凝胶电泳)型别,探讨阪崎肠杆菌污染的同源性。方法:将从150份婴幼儿配方食品中分离出的41株阪崎肠杆菌进行PF-GE分型,经Xba I和Spe I酶切,利用BioNumerics version软件分析比较同源性。结果:41株板崎肠杆菌经Xba I酶切图谱主要分为19大群,其中5型包括13株,分为2个亚型,A型包括4株,B型包括9株,相似度为100%,亚型间相似度为96.1%。12型有3株,分为2个亚型,A型有2株,相似度为100%。B型有1株,亚型间相似度为88%。15型包括2株,相似度为81.8%,17型有3株,分为2个亚型,A型包括2株,相似度为100%。B型包括1株,亚型间相似度为86.7%。18型有4株,相似度为100%。将相似为100%的菌株经SpeI酶切的图谱也完全一致。结论:吉林省婴幼儿配方及其谷物食品中阪崎肠杆菌PFGE型别呈现高度同源性,相同及不同品牌和产品类型中阪崎肠杆菌型别高度一致。 Objective : To analyze the PFGE type of Enterobacter sakazakii in commercial available infant formula food in Jilin, to explore the homology of E. sakazakii contamination. Methods: Forty - one E. sakazakii strains isolated from 150 infant formula food were carried out PFGE typing, and BioNumerics version software was used to analyze and compare the homology of these strains after XbaI digestion and SpeI digestion. Results: Forty - one E. sakazakii strains were divided into 19 large groups by Xba I digestion. Thirteen strains of type 5 were divided into two subtypes, type -5A (4 strains) and type -5B(9 strains), the similarity was 100% and the similarity between subtypes was 96.1%. Three strains of type 12 were divided into two subtypes, type - 12A including 2 strains, the similarity was 100%. type - 12B including 1 stain, the similarity between subtypes was 88%. The similarity between 2 stains in type 15 was 81.8%. Three strains of type 17 were divided into two subtypes, type - 17A including 2 stains, the similarity was 100%. Type- 17B including 1 strain, the similarity between subtypes was 86.7%. Type 18 included 4 strains, the similarity was 100%. Those strains with 100% similarity were analyzed by SpeI digestion, the map is also entirely consistent. Conclusion: PFGE types of E. sakazakii in commercially available infant formula foods in Jilin presented a high degree of homology, the types of E. sakazakii in the same and different brands and types were highly consistent.
