直接测汞仪测定化妆品中汞与传统方法的比较

Comparison of direct mercury analyzer and the traditional method in determination of mercury in cosmetics

目的:直接测汞仪是否可以准确测定化妆品中汞含量。方法:采用直接测汞仪和氢化物原子荧光光度法对质控样品进行含量测定。结果:通过两种方法的比较得出在测定汞含量较低的化妆品时,其含量准确可靠。结论:直接测汞仪在测定过程中减少了样品前处理的操作繁琐,灵敏度高,具有实用性。

Objective：To find whether direct mercury detector can accurately measure the content of mercury in cosmetics. Methods：The hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry and the direct mercury analyzer were applied to determine the content of mercury in quality control samples. Results： Comparing the results of the two methods, it can be seen that when measuring the cosmetics with lower mercury content, the direct mercury analyzer is accurate and reliable. Conclusion： The direct mercury measurement is practical with a high sensitivity by reducing the sample pretreatment operation in the determination process.
