摘要
目的:建立微波消解-氢化物发生原子荧光光谱测定人发中总锑的方法。方法:发样经微波消解后,以抗坏血酸、硫脲为还原剂,用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱测定锑的浓度。结果:本法在锑浓度为0 ng/ml~20 ng/ml的范围具有良好的相关系数(r=0.9998),其最低检出浓度为0.096 ng/ml。应用此法对发样进行加标回收实验,加入量为5.0 ng/ml时,回收率范围为87.1%~97.5%,平均回收率92.6%;加入量为10.0ng/ml时,回收率范围为92.0%~101.2%,平均回收率96.2%。结论:该法简便快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于人发中微量锑的快速测定。
Objective : To establish a method for determination of stibium in hair by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion. Methods: Taking the antiscorbutic acid, the thiourea as the reducing agent, stibium in hair was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry after microwave digestion. Results: The method had good linearity( r = 0. 9998 ) for the concentration of stibium from 0 to 20 ng/ml, the detection limits were 0. 096 ng/ml. The recoveries were 87.1 -97.5% with an average of 92.6% (5.0 ng/ml), 92.0 - 101.2% with an average of 96.2% (10.0 ng/ml). Conclusion: This method is simple and rapid with good accuracy and reproducibility. So it is suitable for the determination of stibium in hair.
