摘要
目的:建立饮料中安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠、柠檬黄、新红、苋菜红、靛蓝、胭脂红、咖啡因、日落黄、诱惑红、亮蓝、酸性红(偶氮玉红)、赤藓红等15种常用添加剂同时测定的高效液相色谱方法。方法:样品中15种添加剂以甲醇-0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,C18柱分离,二级管阵列检测器检测。结果:方法线性范围在1.0 mg/L~50 mg/L,最低检出限为0.12 mg/L~0.30 mg/L,相对标准偏差为0.7%~2.8%,回收率为93.0%~115.0%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,重复性好,可用于饮料中15种常用添加剂的测定。
Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of fifteen food additives, including acesulfame - K, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, saccharin sodium, tartrazine, new red, amaranth, indigotic, ponceau 4R, caffeine, sunset yellow, allure red, brilliant blue, azorubin, erythrosine in drink. Methods: Fifteen food additives were separated on C18 column by gradient elution using CH3OH -0. 02mol/L NH4AC as mobile phase, and detected with a diode - array detector. Results: The linear range of the method was 1.0 - 50 mg/L. The limits of detection were 0.12 mg/L - 0.30 mg/L. The recoveries were 93.0% - 115.0%, and the relative standard deviation were 0.7% - 2.8%. Conclusion: The method was simple, rapid, accurate and repeatable, so it was suitable for the determination of fifteen food additives in drink.
