摘要 目的:探讨悬浮进样-恒温平台石墨炉原子吸收直接测定土壤中铅的检测方法。方法:土壤样品经研磨过100目筛,加入2 g/L琼脂悬浮剂10 ml和0.1 ml硝酸,充分混合振荡,以50μg/ml的硝酸钯为基体改进剂,采用恒温平台石墨炉原子吸收法直接进样测定。结果:方法检出限为1.0μg/L,在浓度为0μg/L~200μg/L时,线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9997,相对标准偏差RSD为2.3%~7.8%。以土壤标准物质作参照,测得值与标准值相符。结论:该法简便、快速、准确,不需对样品进行化学前处理,实现土壤样品中铅的快速分析。 Objective: To establish a method for determination of lead in soil by slurry - sampling graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry using STPF technique. Methods: Soil sample was ground to pass a 100 mesh sieve, then 10 ml agar suspending agent with the concentration of 2 g/L and 0.1 ml nitric acid were added and oscillated to determine the lead level by GFAAS using STPF, with 50 ug/ml palladium nitrate as matrix modifier. Results: The detection limit of lead was 1.0 ug/L, The results showed a good linearity in the range of 0 ug/L - 200 ug/L( r =0. 9997), the relative standard deviation(RSD) were 2.3% -7.8%. Soil reference material as a reference, the measured value agreed with the standard value. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, without chemical pre - treatment of samples, it can achieve the rapid analysis of lead in soil samples.
