摘要
目的:了解重庆万州区公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生状况,为预防经空气传播性疾病、加强公共场所卫生监督管理提供依据。方法:按照卫生部《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》要求进行采样检测和评价。结果:集中空调通风系统风管内表面监测合格率分别为积尘量96.67%、细菌总数92.67%和真菌总数80.67%,空调冷却水嗜肺军团菌合格率为86.67%。结论:重庆万州区公共场所集中空调通风系统对室内空气存在一定程度的污染,风管内表面积尘污染以真菌为主,娱乐场所真菌合格率仅为60.00%,对人群健康有潜在危害。因此,应加强公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生监督管理。
Objective :To understand the health situation of centralized air ventilation system in public place of Wanzhou district in Chongqing, so as to provide basis for preventing airborne diseases and strengthening health supervision and management in public place. Methods: The sampling, detection and evaluation were carried out in accordance with "Health specification for centralized air ventilation system in public place" published by Ministry of Health. Results: The qualified rates of the accumulated dust mass, total bacteria count and fungal count in air hose were 96.67%, 92.67% and 80.67% respectively, while that of legionella pneumophila in cooling water was 86. 67%. Conclusion: In Wanzhou district, the indoor air has been polluted by centralized air ventilation system of public place in a degree, mainly by fungi. The qualified rate of fungi in entertainment venues was only 60% , leading to potential harm to the population. Thus, health supervision and management should be strengthened on centralized air ventilation system of public place.
