脉冲场凝胶电泳技术用于两起山夫登堡沙门菌疫情溯源 被引量:6

Application of pulse-field gel electrophoresis in the source-tracking of outbreak by Salmonella senftenberg

摘要 目的:用脉冲场凝胶电泳技术对北京市两起沙门菌暴发疫情进行病原菌菌株之间的相关性分析。方法:对两起食物中毒事件中分离到的菌株进行PFGE实验,将得到的图谱利用BioNumerics软件UPGMA方法进行聚类分析。结果:两起食物中毒事件中分离到的9株山夫登堡沙门菌经过XbaI酶切后,得到同一种带型。结论:两起食物中毒均为同一带型山夫登堡沙门菌引起,提示可能有共同的传染源。 Objective: To analyze the genetic correlation of the Salmonella senfienberg isolated from two food poisoning outbreaks by using pulsed -field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). Methods: PFGE analysis on the isolates were conducted. The cluster analysis was carried out by UPGMA method with BioNumerics software. Results: The 9 strains of Salmonella senfienberg were the same type when digested by XbaI enzyme. Conclusion: Two food poisoning outbreaks were caused by Salmonella senfienberg with the same type ,which might from a common infection source.
