东莞市寮步镇部分中学生血红蛋白检测及贫血状况分析

Hemoglobin detection and anemia analysis among some middle school students in Liaobu town

目的:了解东莞市寮步镇高中生血红蛋白及贫血状况,为学校预防学生贫血工作提供科学依据。方法:采用整群随机抽样调查的方法,随机抽取寮步镇一所高级中学为调查对象,检测学生的血红蛋白值及贫血状况。结果:共检测971名初中生和501名高中生,血红蛋白总体平均值为140.46±28.76,共有113名学生患贫血,贫血率为7.68%。从年级上看,初中年级学生和高中年级学生血红蛋白平均值分别为140.75±28.88和139.89±28.51,两者差异无统计学意义(t=1.8567,P>0.05),初中年级和高中年级贫血率分别为6.80%和9.38%,两者差别无统计学意义(χ2=3.11,P>0.05)。从贫血分度构成看,在113名贫血学生中,轻度贫血占97.35%,中度和重度贫血分别占1.77%和0.88%。结论:中学生贫血以轻度为主,为保护青少年的身体健康,通过预防干预和积极治疗的措施,减低和控制中学生的贫血率势在必行。

Objective： To understand the hemoglobin level and anemia status in high school students of Liaobu town, and provide a scientific basis to prevent anemia among students. Methods： With cluster random sampling, a senior high school in Liaobu town was involved in this study, the hemoglobin level and anemia status were investigated among the students. Results： A total of 971 junior school students and 501 high school students were involved, the total average value of hemoglobin was 140.46 ± 28.76, in which 113 students were found anemia（7.68% ）. The average values of hemoglobin in junior school students and high school students were 140.75 ± 28.88 and 139.89 ± 28.51 respectively, the difference had no statistical significance（x2 = 1. 8567, P 〉 0.05 ）. The anemia rates of both were 6.80% and 9.38% respectively, the difference had no statistical significance （X2 = 3.11, P 〉 0.05）. Among the 113 anemia cases, mild anemia accounted for 1.77% and severe anemia accounted for 0.88%. Conclusion： Mild anemia was common in middle school students, so active interference and treatment measures are necessary to reduce and control anemia of students.
