Influence Factors and Strategic Initiatives of the Change of Economic Development Model

转变经济发展方式是一项长期而艰巨的历史任务,并且在我国已刻不容缓。本文认为,转变经济发展方式主要受人力资源、管理、技术、投入、消费等五个因素影响;要实现经济发展方式由粗放型到集约型的根本转变,就必须从调整以上五个影响因素入手,着力提升人力资源水平、加快政企管理创新、推进科学技术进步、提高要素投入效率、扩大居民消费需求。

The change of economic development model is a long-term and arduous historical task.This paper argues that,human resources,management,technology,investment,consumption and so on five factors influence the change of economic development model.To change the economic development model from extensive to intensive,we should improve human resource management level,accelerate innovation,promote the progress of science and technology,improve the efficiency of inputs,expanding consumer demand.
