地铁是城市发展历史中的一个结点,地铁文化可以延伸和提升城市文化。地铁文化建设的灵魂是承载和体现城市文明。从乘客、管理者、基础设施三个维度论述地铁文化建设的基本内涵。当我们彻底摆脱了自我中心主义,努力培育出乘客的公共意识,将管理者的规制意识转变为对乘客的平等关爱,并放弃工具主义思想转而追求地铁的美学价值,地铁的文化内涵才能真正得以展现。

Subway is a key node running through the developmental history of a city.Subway culture can extend and enhance the culture of a city.And thus the spirit to erect a subway culture is to reflect the civilization of the city.This paper discusses the basic conception of the subway culture construction in three dimensions： passenger,administrator and infrastructure.Only when we completely get rid of egoism,try hard to arouse passengers ’ public awareness,transform administrators’ opinion of regulation to the kindness to passengers,and pursue the value of aesthetic value instead of instrumentalism,can we truly show the deep meaning of the subway culture.
