政民互动视阈下“微博问政”的依法行政路径研究

从政民互动的角度看,"微博问政"的发展,有利于扩大公民的政治参与和促进政府的社会管理创新,但当前也存在公民政治参与的无序及政府应对准备的不足问题。"微博问政"的健康发展,需要政府坚持依法行政并创新机制,在对"微博问政"进行法律规制的同时,还要加强对公民权利的保护。

From the perspective of the interaction between the government and the public,the development of the microblogging politics is good for the expansion of the citizens’ political participation and the promotion of the government＇s social management innovation,but there are also some problems about the disorder of the citizens political participation and the insufficient government preparations to cope with.The microblogging politics ’ healthy development needs the government’s law-based administration and the innovative mechanisms.It is necessary to regulate the microblogging politics,but also should strengthen the protection of the civil rights.
