摘要 目的探讨白细胞的活动在慢性脑灌注不足脑损害中的作用。方法40只老龄大鼠持久性双侧颈总动脉结扎(2VO),免疫组化法单抗 OX1抗白细胞共同抗原标记白细胞,实验研究为持久性2VO1~4月。结果持久性2VO后皮层、海马和白质处均有显著的白细胞活动。1—4月,皮层、海马和白质处白细胞的活动均明显减少,而脑损害却加重。结论白细胞的活动涉及大鼠慢性脑灌往不足脑损害的病理过程,但白细胞的活动在大鼠慢性脑灌注不足脑损害,特别是大脑白质损害中仅起次要作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of activation of leukocytes on brain damages after chronic cerebral hypoperfusion. Methods Both common carotid arteries were ligated bilaterally in 40 Wistar rats. Leukocytes were observed with immunohistochemistry for leukocyte common antigens. Activation of leukocytes and brain damages were then investigated from 1 to 4 months after the ligatioo. Results There was an extensive activation of leukocytes in cortex, hippocampus and white matter after chronic cerebral hypoperfusion. From 1 to 4 months, activation of leukocytes was reduced in cortex, hippocampus and white matter Meanwhile, brain damnge became heavier from 1 to 4 months. Conclusion Activation of leukocytes is involved in chronic pathological condition of brain after chronic cerebral hypoperfusion. Activation of leukocytes may play little role in the pathogenesis of brain damages, especially in white matter after chronic cerebral hypoperfusion.
