自制GWIT协效剂对PPO/PS阻燃合金性能的研究

摘要 通过熔融挤出的方式制备了聚苯醚/聚苯乙烯(PPO/PS)阻燃合金。探讨了自制灼热丝起燃温度(GWIT)协效剂对PPO/PS阻燃合金的灼热丝起燃温度、力学性能、加工流动性以及热性能的影响。结果表明,GWIT协效剂能够显著提高PPO/PS阻燃合金的GWIT值,并随着GWIT协效剂含量的增加而逐渐增加;力学性能随着GWIT协效剂含量的增加而呈下降趋势,但是熔体流动速率和热变形温度则变化较小。为保证PPO/PS阻燃合金材料的实际应用,建议GWIT协效剂的添加量在10 phr以下。 PPO/PS flame retardant alloy materials were prepared by melting extrusion. The effects of homemade GWIT synergists on the GWIT, mechanical, flow and heat properties were discussed. The results showed that the GWIT synergistic agents can significantly improve the GWIT value of PPO/PS alloy, and gradually increased with the increase of the content of GWIT synergist. Mechanical properties were decreased with the GWIT synergist content increasing, but the melt flow rate and heat distortion temperature were changed slightly. To ensure effective applications of the PPO/PS flame retardant alloys, it was recommended that the GWIT synergistic agent adding in less than l0 phr.
