摘要
在半间歇操作方式的高压反应釜中进行氢氧化钙羰基化合成甲酸钙反应,氢氧化钙以固体粉末分散于纯水,连续向反应釜内通入高纯度CO,排除气-液、液-固传质阻力的影响,在反应温度333 K~373 K、压力2.5 MPa~4.4 MPa的恒定条件下,定时测定反应生成物浓度。实验结果表明,当氢氧化钙粒径小于0.125 mm、质量浓度为0.091 3 g/mL时,该氢氧化钙固含量对反应速率无明显的影响,反应级数为0级。以幂函数作为动力学方程对动力学数据进行处理,主要动力学参数为:一氧化碳的反应级数为0.8级,反应活化能为28.245 kJ/mol,指前因子24.23 mol-1·L-1·min-1·MPa-0.8。
Study of kinetics on synthesis of calcium formate by calcium hydroxide carbonylation was carried out under the conditions that at half intermittent high pressure reaction mode, ruled out the influences of the gas-fluid, the liquid-solid and the mass transfer resistance of internal and external diffusion, in the reaction temperture for 333 K ~ 373 K, reaction pressure for 2.5 MPa ~ 4.4 MPa, the intial concentration of calcium hydroxid is 0.091 3 g/mL. The results show that the reaction order of calcium hydroxide in this reaction is 0, the reaction order of carbon monoxide is 0.8, the reaction activation energy is 28. 245kJ/mol, the preexponential factor is 24.23 mol-1·L-1·min-1·MPa-0.8.
