Quality control points of calibration curve in chemical testing

从校准曲线的绘制和检验2方面论述了校准曲线控制的要点内容。在绘制校准曲线时,应从空白校正、与试样相同的处理、标准样品值的范围、检测点数、重复检测数、线性范围及吸光度范围7个方面控制。校准曲线的检验包括相关系数检验、截距检验及剩余标准偏差或相对偏差的检验。

Two aspects of drawing and testing of calibration curve are discussed in this article. When the calibration curve is drew, the followings should be included： the blank correction, the same as the sample processing, the rang of standard sample concentration, the detection point number, the number of repeated detection, linear range and absorbance range. The testing of calibration curve includes correlation coefficient, intercept and residual standard deviation or relative deviation.
