纳米TiO_2-粉煤灰/UV催化臭氧化处理苯胺的研究

摘要 采用纳米TiO2-粉煤灰/UV催化臭氧化处理苯胺溶液,考察了反应时间、pH值、催化剂投加量、光照强度、温度、负载次数等因素对苯胺降解率的影响。研究结果表明,苯胺初始质量浓度100 mg/L、紫外灯功率10 W、pH=7.0、温度(20±2)℃、催化剂涂膜层数4层、光照时间8 min时,苯胺去除率达到97%以上。 The wastewater containing aniline was treated by the method combined nano TiO2-fly ash/UV and Ozone, and the effect of reaction time, pH value, catalyst dosage, light intensity, temperature and the loading times were discussed. Experimental results showed that when initial concentration of aniline was 100 mg/L, pH value was 7.0, temperature was ( 20 ± 2 ) ℃ and the layers of TiO2 were 4, the removal rate of aniline can reach 97% when the light time is 8 min.
