摘要
本文从城市绿地系统防灾避险规划编制中几个常见的认识误区出发,阐明了此类规划应重点针对震灾而非其他险种,且应主要根据震灾特点而不仅仅是单纯地依据城市绿地的各种自身条件来构建城市防灾避险绿地体系。同时本文也强调了水上通道在滨水城市救灾疏散体系中的重要作用。
Some cities may have some similar misunderstanding about the planning of urban green space system for disaster prevention.This article stated that the planning should be based on the earthquake disaster,and should attach importance to water channel for waterfront cities.
