大学生思想政治工作“三全育人”体系探索

"三全育人"体系是进行大学生思想政治工作的重要依据。针对大学生思想政治教育现状的新特点,应积极探索拓宽大学生思想政治教育的新渠道,坚持全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的有效统一,构建"三全育人"的德育工作体系,即坚持全员育人,构建组织保障体系;坚持全过程育人,构建系统实施体系;坚持全方位育人,构建和谐环境体系,从而实现高校育人的工作目标,提高高校德育工作的实效性,不断开创大学生思想政治教育工作的新局面。

The system of ＂Cultivation with All the Forces, All the Process, and All the Fields＂ is an important basis for us to conduct ideological and political work among university students. Aiming at the new features of the status quo of ideological and political education among university students, we should explore new approaches for the education. When cultivating students, we should stick to the combination of all the forces, all the process, and all the fields so as to construct an ideological education system of ＂Cultivation with All the Forces, All the Process, and All the Fields＂. That is, sticking to cultivation with all the forces and forming organizational guarantee system; sticking to cultivation with all the process and forming systematic conduction system; sticking to cultivation with all the fields and forming harmonious environment system. Thus we can realize the target of university education, improve the effect of ideological education in university, and create new situation for ideological and political education on university students.
