基于传统孝道反思大学生“啃老”现象

Considerations on College Students’“Dependence on Parents for Living”based on Traditional Filial Piety

目前,大学生"啃老"现象屡见不鲜,已从个别家庭问题演变为社会问题。养儿防老是中国人几千年来认同的传统家庭价值观,然而时至今日,却被颠覆成了"养儿啃老"。虽然法律规定子女有赡养父母的义务,但我国的养儿防老更多的是靠伦理道德来维系。因此,应从伦理道德角度来反思大学生"啃老族"形成的原因,并弘扬传统孝道精华,使大学生走出"啃老"误区。

College students＇ ＂dependence on parents for living＂ has been a common phenomenon, which has developed from individual families＇ problems into social problems. That children have to support their elderly parents has been a traditional family value held by Chinese for thousands of years. However, nowadays, the value has turned out to the contrary. That is, ＂children are always depending on their parents for living＂. Though it is regulated that children have duty to support parents in law, in China, the traditional value depends more on ethics. Therefore, we should analyze the reason of ＂dependence on their parents for living＂ among college students with the view of ethics and moral. Further more, we should enhance the cream of traditional filial piety, so as to make college students correct their wrong behaviors.
