R&D Capability Construction of Trainer

主战装备是赢取战争的先决条件,适应未来作战环境和作战任务的教练机是发挥主战装备战斗力的基础。本文旨在通过对教练机研发能力建设现状、存在问题及发展思路进行分析,全方位提升教练机研发能力,从而提高教练机研制质量、缩短研制周期,降低全寿命期费用。

The equipment used for the main battle is a prior condition to win the war, however the trainer of adapting to the future operational environment and combat missions plays the basis role on the battle effectiveness of equipment used for the main combat .This paper aims to analyze the present situations, the problems existed and the development ideas of R＆D capabilities construction of the trainer to completely improve the R＆D capabilities of the trainer, thereby improve the R＆D quality of the trainer, shorten the R＆D period and reduce the cost in the unified lift-cycle.
