摘要
某教练机在进行400小时定检时发现,左起落架缓冲器连接螺栓头部有周向裂纹。从故障件检查、强度校核、应力集中、装配工艺和特殊受载情况对连接螺栓出现裂纹进行了综合分析,得出螺栓头部止动面与缓冲器止动凸台之间存在挤压应力是导致螺栓出现裂纹的根本原因。
The circumferential crack was found on the connecting bolt head of buffer of left landing gear when performing the periodic inspection of a Trainer with 400 flight Hrs. This paper all-around analyzes the crack occurred on the connecting bolt by fault parts inspection, static strength check, stress concentration, assembly technology and special loading to find out that the extrusion stress existed between the stop surface of the bolt head and the stop convex platform of the buffer is the basic reason resulting in the crack occurred on the connecting bolt.
