摘要
垂直顶升法施工在电厂取排水隧道工程中的应用已相当广泛。三门核电厂取水工程采用的自流引水管盾构法隧道内径为6200mm,取水头工程每根引水管上设置8个取水立管,采用垂直顶升法施工,垂直顶升管为矩形断面,内尺寸2.0×2.0m,在我国核电厂取水工程中尚属首次。本文介绍了工程中垂直顶升法的施工工艺,可为今后类似工程提供借鉴。
Vertical lifting method is widely used in the construction of water supply and drainage tunnel engineering in power plants. In the water intake engineering of Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant, the inner diameter of the intake water tunnel is 6200mm, and the construction of these gravity tunnels uses the shield construction method. There will be eight vertical intake pipes on every intake tunnel. They are constructed by the vertical lifting method. The plan size of the vertical pipe is 2m×2m. This is the first time that the vertical lifting method is put to use in nuclear power plants in China. This article gives the presentation on construction technology of vertical lifting method, and it will provide a useful reference for its similar projects.
