压水堆核电站疲劳监测系统的应用

摘要 疲劳失效是核电站设备失效的主要形式之一,影响设备寿命及延寿。疲劳监测系统能够跟踪疲劳敏感设备的热瞬态,基于实际监测到的运行载荷开展疲劳分析,识别非蓣期的运行瞬态,优化运行规程及在役检查大纲,为设备寿期管理及延寿提供数据支撑,提高电站的安全性,降低因疲劳失效导致的经济损失。疲劳监测系统已在国内外核电站上应用,可以预测,未来疲劳监测系统在在运二代核电站及新建三代核电站的广泛应用将成为一种趋势。有必要在国内加强拥有自主知识产权的疲劳监测系统研究.提高我国核电技术的竞争力。 The fatigue failure is one form of equipment failure in nuclear power plants, influencing e- quipment lifetime and lifetime extension. Fatigue monitoring system can track the real thermal transients at fatigue sensitive components, establish a basis for the fatigue analyses based on the realistic operating loads, identify the unexpected operational transients, optimize the plant behavior by improved operating modes, provide the supporting data for lifetime management, enhance the security of plants and reduce the economical loss. Fatigue monitoring system has been applied in many plants and its application in new built Generation-III plants and Generation II plants has already been a tendency. It is necessary to devel- op the fatigue monitoring system with independent intellectual property rights so as to improve the com- petitiveness of the domestic nuclear oower technology.
