柞蚕丝素解酒保肝功能食品急性毒性评价实验

Evaluation on Acute Toxicity of Tussah Fibroin Functional Food Protecting Liver from Injuries Induced by Alcohol in Mice

为了探明柞蚕丝素解酒保肝功能食品的食用安全性,以小鼠为实验对象,灌服柞蚕丝素纳米粉产品,观察小鼠的毒性反应症状和死亡情况,连续观察14d。结果表明:一次最大给药量为12g/kg,一日给药3次,小鼠表现正常,无一例死亡,未出现毒性反应。

To explore the acute toxicity of tussah fibroin functional food protecting liver from injuries induced by alcohol in Kunning mice,Tussah fibroin functional food protecting liver from injuries induced by alcohol was filled into the mice at the maximum concentration and the maximum dose.General behavior,adverse effects and mortality were recorded for up to 14days.The results showed that when fed the maximum dose 12g/kg/day,three times per day,the mice behaved normally,no nice died and no toxic symptoms were observed.It is concluded that the maximum dose of tussah fibroin functional food protecting liver from injuries induced by alcohol was 12g/kg per day and the maximum dose was about 36k/kg per day.
