摘要
目的深入探讨穴位的物质基础。方法用小腿标本,针刺留针后解剖,骨间膜PIXE扫描,血管灌注后巨微解剖;用免疫组化法观察高Ca+十对大鼠血管周神经的影响。结果发现穴位“地”位于结缔组织结构处,该处有特定血管支分布,钙元素和微小血管聚集,高Ca++可促血管周神经释放CGRP和NPY。由此提出5点深入探讨穴位区结构的设想。结论血管、钙、血管周神经可能是穴位的物质基础。
Objective To investigate the material basis of acupoints intensively. Method On leg specimens, dissection after retaining needles under acupuncture, PIXE on the interosseous membrane, macro-micro dissection after vascular infusion were carried. On rats, the influence of Ca2+ on perivascular nerves was studied with immuno-chemical method. Result The 'earth' of acupoints is closely related with connective tissue structures, where a definite arterial branch is distributed, calcium and microvessels are abundant and high Ca2 + promotes the perivascular nerves to release CGRP and NPY, Then five suggestions for further investigation were presented. Conclusion Vessels, calcium and perivascular nerves may all be the material basis of acupoints.
