诗性审美是中国文学批评的一个重要特色,早期文学批评中就已经具有。作为最晚出现的中国古代文学批评形式,小说评点对作品的"妙赏"从内容到形式都体现了这种特色。"妙赏"是一种独特的、在审美的同时也创造美的诗性审美,小说评点的"妙赏"体现在其诗性审美与中国古代小说的诗性美相映相衬,展现出中国古代文论的特有魅力。

Poetic esthetics, an important feature of Chinese literary criticism, appeared in the early literary criticism. As the latest literary criticism form in the ancient China, novel criticism embodies such features by means of＂Miaoshang＂ appreciation of works from con- tent to form. ＂Miaoshang＂ appreciation is a kind of unique poetic esthetics which not only appreciates beauty, but creates beauty, and the ＂Miaoshang＂ appreciation of novel criticism shows itself in the interaction between the poetic esthetics and poetic beauty in the an- cient novels of China, which can express the sole charm of ancient literary theory of China.
