数字出版物用户认知价值指标体系构建研究 被引量:4

摘要 数字出版物成本结构具有高固定成本和低变动成本的特点,认知价值是数字出版物产品定价和用户作出购买决策的判断依据。文章在文献回顾的基础上,从产品质量价值、体验质量价值和服务质量价值三个维度构建数字出版物认知价值指标体系,并采用层次分析法确定各指标权重。研究结果表明内容价值是数字出版物的核心认知价值,体验质量是关键认知价值。
