摘要
福建省中学教师在学历结构、职称结构、年龄结构等方面总体合理,但存在学科结构和城乡师资学历结构、师资录用和调动、农村师资队伍建设等方面问题,而且受到区域和城乡之间待遇差别大、农村中学教师社会地位不高、农村教育投入不足等因素影响。因此,在实践中要注意结合国情、激发教师交流积极性、解决教师家庭生活便利和高校培养紧缺学科师范生等问题。
The distribution of secondary school teachers in Fujian Province is generally reasonable in terms of educational experience,academic titles and ages.However,problems exist in subject structure,educational structure between urban an rural teachers,teaching staff recruitment and transference,and construction of teaching staff in rural areas.There is a great gap between treatment of urban or rural teaching staff with the latter enjoying relatively lower social status,and less investment being put into rural education.Therefore,in actual practice we should pay attention to the current situation,encourage active excharges of teaching staff,provide convenience to teachers by solving their problems in life and cultivate more normal students for subjects with insufficient teaching staff.
