摘要
党的十八大一再强调文化建设的价值及重要性,而大学文化建设是我国文化建设和发展不可或缺的重要组成部分。大学文化在大学发展中起着极其重要的作用,对大学人才培养具有重要的引导价值和教育功能。高等教育要积极发挥文化育人作用,明确培养目标,全面提高大学人才培养质量。
The 18th National Congress of the CPC attached great importance to the value of cultural construction. Cultural construction in uni- versities plays an indispensable role in China＇s cultural construction and development and also serves guidance for university talents training. Higher education should actively bring the cultivation function of culture into full play, clearly state the training objective and improve the overall quality of university talents.
