农民大学生创业基地是湖州农民学院全面打造"学历教育、技能教育、创业教育和创业培育"、"三位一体"农民大学生培养模式的重要组成部分,是推动湖州市农业产业转型升级的创新之举。它对于探索农民大学生培养模式的改革,提升农民大学生的创业能力,打造湖州农民学院的品牌形象和社会影响力;对于示范和带动农民创新、创业,推动湖州农业产业快速发展都具有重大的现实意义。文章重点阐述了农民大学生创业基地绩效考核的含义和作用,农民大学生创业基地绩效考核的原则和内容,并提出了农民大学生创业基地绩效考核的操作程序。

Huzhou Farmers College is aiming to build a training model for farmers college students, that is, degree education, skills educa tion, entrepreneurship education and business incubation. And in this model, business bases of farmers college students are not only an important part for Huzhou Farmers College, but also are promoting the agricultural industry enterprises in Huzhou to transform and upgrade. Business bases of farmers college students are of great practical significance on how to reform the training mode of farmers college students, to improve their creative ability, to create brand images and social influence of Huzhou Farmers College, to help farmers to create, and to promote the rapid development of agriculture industry in Huzhou. This paper expounds the meaning and function of performance appraisal of business bases of farmers college students, discusses its principle and content, and puts forward its operating procedures.
