Strategies of Improving Prison Law Enforcement Credibility Under New Situation

执法公信力如何,直接影响监狱的执法形象、罪犯改造的质量以及和谐社会的建设。文章针对目前监狱系统执法公信力下滑的情况,结合实际工作经验进行分析总结,以原因为突破口,提出提高监狱执法公信力的几点建议。

The credibility of law enforcement impacts directly on the image of the prison＇s law enforcement, the quality of the rehabilitation of offenders, as well as construction of a harmonious society. Concerning the current declining of the credibility of law enforcement in the prison system, this paper tries to propose a few suggestions from practice on improving the prison law enforcement credibility.
