Based on the analysis of the current characteristics of the professional competence of network managers in primary and secondary schools, this paper provides a new training model of combining the podcasts with the professional competence cultivation of network mangers in primary and secondary schools, and also puts forward practical and effective application strategies based on the practical application, with the purpose of blazing a new way for the construction and development of network management teams in primary and secondary schools.
