摘要
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》修正案施行在即,城市燃气销售企业劳务派遣用工存在着派遣单位经营不规范、岗位超"三性"、同工不同酬、派遣协议隐含合同陷阱等法律风险,各燃气销售企业应当尽快采取措施,通过改用直接用工或"用好劳务派遣"等方式切实防控法律风险。
The Amendment to the Labor Contract Law of the People' s Republic of China will be implemented soon, but there exist many legal risks in outsourced labor using in fuel gas enterprises which include nonstandard opera-tion of outsourcing service providers, service positions beyond the three requirements of outsourcing service, different pay for the same work and implicit traps in outsource service agreements etc. Thus, fuel gas enterprises should take measures to prevent the legal risks as soon as possible by directly employing labor or improving management of out-sourced labor service.
