Studies Concerning University Governance in China in Recent Years—A Review Based on Chinese Journal Full-text Database

大学治理是现代大学制度的核心,对于大学发展具有重要意义。本文梳理了近年来我国大学治理的历史,从大学治理结构入手,剖析了治理结构的特征、价值、类型、制度体系、主体关系、路径变迁等方面,并对大学章程、大学理念、社会资本等大学治理的内在要素作了进一步论述。在此基础上,借鉴高等教育发达地区欧美高校的治理经验,探讨了有中国特色的大学治理特点,对构建我国现代大学制度,推动大学治理具有一定的参考价值。

University governance is the core of the modern university system and is of great significance for university development. This review of university governance in China in recent years, focuses on university governance struc-ture, and analyzes its characteristics, value, types, systems, subject relationships, changes in methods, and further dis- cusses the internal elements of university governance such as university statutes, university concepts and social capitals and so on. On this basis ,with lessons from European and American university governance ,the authors analyze the uni-versity governance with Chinese characteristics ,hoping to contribute to the improvement in university governance and to the construction of modern university system in China and promoting unversity governance in China.
