摘要
介绍了内置轮毂的铸件结构及技术要求,并阐述了该铸件的铸造工艺和熔炼工艺,其中铸造工艺设计采用了铁液过滤和陶瓷管浇注系统;铁液处理采用2次孕育、除渣,保证了铁液的纯净度,改善了石墨形态和分布,提高了铸件综合性能,通过对砂型强度的控制和砂箱结构的设计,以及采用冷铁,为无冒口铸造创造了有利条件。检测结果显示,铸件各项性能指标都符合标准要求,完全满足深海环境下工作的需要。
The configuration and technical requirements of the internally setting wheel hub was introduced.The iron melt filtering and ceramic pipes-formed gating system were adopted in the casting method design,two time inoculating,slag removing were conducted for the iron melt treatment to guarantee the purity of iron melt and improve graphite morphology and distribution and increase overall properties of the casting;by controlling the sand mold strength and molding box design,as well as using chills,the beneficial condition was created for the usage of the riser-less casting method.Test results showed that all properties of the casting met requirements of required accepting standard and totally satisfied requirements for working in the environment of deep sea.
