摘要
介绍了铁路机车轴箱体铸钢件的技术要求。原工艺采用冷冒口,X射线探伤后,约6%的铸件有超过Ⅲ级的缩孔或缩松缺陷。改用发热保温冒口工艺后,生产的3 600件铸件经X射线探伤后,超过Ⅲ级的缩松、缩孔缺陷降至1.5%。生产结果表明:采用发热保温冒口,提高了冒口的补缩效率,有效地消除了铸件缩孔、缩松缺陷,并且降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益。
The technical requirements of the steel casting of the locomotive axle housing were introduced.Cold risers had been used in the original casting method and as the result,the X-ray detection showed that about 6% castings having shrinkage defects higher than III grade.After changing the cold risers into the exothermic-insulating risers,the x-ray detection result of 3 600 pcs of castings showed that the castings having shrinkage defects higher than III grade has been reduced to 1.5%.Production result showed that using exothermic risers increased the feeding effect of risers,effectively eliminated shrinkage defects of castings,as well as reduced productive cost and increased economic efficiency.
