韵律体操训练程序对脑性瘫痪儿童的功能促进作用

The functional promotion action affected by rhythmic gymnastic training procedure on the disease of cerebral Palsy(CP)

目的 探讨韵律体操对脑性瘫痪（Ｃｅｒｅｂｒａｌ ｐａｌｓｙ，ＣＰ）儿童的功能促进作用。方法对 １０９例 ４个月～６岁的 ＣＰ患儿进行韵律体操训练程序（小组训练）治疗，并在治疗前后用整体运动功能测量（ＧＭＦＭ）和ＤＤＳＴ－Ｒ量表评估。结果全部患儿治疗后两种量表测试结果明显优于治疗前（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。结论韵律体操训练程序对ＣＰ患儿有较好的整体康复疗效。

Objwhve To study the functional promotion action affected by rhythmic gymnastic training procedure (RGTP) on the children of cerebral palsy(CP). Methods 109 children with CP, aging from 4 months to 6 years, were treated with RGTP. The developmental scores of motor function was evaluated by rusell's gross motor function measure(GMFM) method. Results The statistic GMFM total score difference before and after the treatment(P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion RGTP have the remarkable promotion effect for children with CP on the functional promotion action.
