与疾病预防控制中心协作提高预防医学专业学生公共卫生事件应急知识水平的探索 被引量:3

Research of knowledge level improvement of sudden public health emergencies of students in preventive medicine by collaborating with center for disease control and prevention

摘要 目的探索与疾病预防控制中心协作提高预防医学专业学生公共卫生事件应急知识的可行性,为今后提高预防医学专业学生应对突发性公共卫生事件能力的培养提供依据。方法通过聘请疾病预防控制中心专家对新疆医科大学公共卫生学院预防医学专业学生进行突发性公共卫生事件知识的培训,并分别在培训前后进行相关知识水平的测试,机读答题卡进行成绩汇总与分析。结果培训前四年级学生认知水平明显高于一、二、三年级(P<0.05);三年级学生显著高于一、二年级(P<0.05);一、二年级学生并无显著性差异;培训后,各年级测试成绩明显提高,少数民族班级和汉族班级在培训前后存在显著性差异。结论当前的预防医学专业课程的学习在一定程度上提高了学生对突发性公共卫生事件的认知水平,但与疾病预防控制部门的要求还存在一定的差距;聘请疾病预防控制中心专家对学生进行讲座,取得了良好的成效;通过多种途径,提高学生对突发性公共卫生事件的认识水平,培养学生处理突发性公共卫生事件的能力具有重要的实践意义。 Objectives To investigate feasibility of improving knowledge level of sudden public health emergencies among students in preventive medicine by collaborating with center for disease control and prevention (CDC), and provide basis data for public health-related students' education. Methods Experts from CDC were invited to deliver lectures about sudden public health emergencies to the students. The students in Public Health College of Xinjiang Medical University were tested for their cognitive level before and after the training. Then the machine-readable sheets were collected and the results were analyzed. Results Before the training, the cognitive level of the fourth grade students was significantly higher than that of the first, second and third grade (P〈0.05), while the cognitive level of the third grade students was significantly higher than that of the first and second grade (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in cognitive level between the first and second grade students. After the training, test scores of all grades students improved significantly. There was a significant dif- ference between the minority classes and Han classes before and after the training. Conclusions Currently, the students can obtain the knowledge about sudden public health incidents from professional education, but there is a gap between the disease prevention and control department's request and the students' cognitive level. The students' cognitive levels are im- proved greatly after training, so the lectures delivered by CDC experts reach good effects. It is important to improve students' awareness and capacity to handle public health emergencies by various ways.
