Now that he has pulled his company from the U.S.stock market Jason Jiang can finally take a moment to relax.At the end of May of this year,Focus Media Holdings,the company he worked so hard to found,exited the NASDAQ Stock Market in a 3.7 billion USD acquisition.'This privatization move can be said to be the largest MBO(Management Buyout) in Asia,' says Jiang.Although Jiang is still looking to continue down the path he has set for himself,his recent experiences in the capital market have been humbling.He no longer imagines himself as an omnipotent businessman he intends on focusing on achieving more realistic goals.Now that he has this chance to start over,he has come to realize that:'Focus Media will never become a great company.'
