高尔夫球员全挥一号木杆技术动作运动学分析 被引量:17

Kinematic Analysis of Golfer’s Full Swing Motion with Driver

摘要 实验室内采用三维高速摄像系统(200ftp),对21位男子高尔夫球员全挥一号木杆技术动作进行信息采集,量化分析挥杆5个特征时刻数据变化以揭示其动作特征。研究表明:以最大杆头线速度高低划分组别,各组上杆阶段用时都在1s左右,组间无差异;下杆阶段高速组比低速组用时更短,组间差异显著;高速组上杆过程中,保持右膝关节角基本不变,而低速组则呈现增大趋势,组间差异非常显著,伸右膝的动作破坏了在上杆过程下盘稳定性;高速组躯干角由瞄球准备到击球几乎保持不变,这有利于营造良好挥杆平面方正击球。提示应加强核心区腰腹部、背部及髋关节周围等肌群力量训练,同时加强肩、髋、躯干部位柔韧性训练,以提高竞技能力降低运动损伤风险。 In order to reveal the kinematic characteristics of full swing with a driver and improve swing technique and fitness training program,the present study investigated and quantitative analyzed the five special events of 21 healthy male golfers’full swing performance using the three-dimensional high-speed camera system(200ftp) indoor laboratory.The experimental results showed that golfers grouped according to the maximum club head velocity.All groups almost used one second to complete backswing and showed no difference.High speed group(HSG) used less time than low speed group(LSG) during downswing and showed significant difference.From address to the top of swing,HSG right knee flexion angle demonstrated very limited changes and the LSG extended right knee to disrupt lower body stability and found significant difference between the HSG and LSG.The trunk forward tilt angle kept nearly constant from address to impact,which was benefited for constructed the swing plane to impact ball.Therefore it indicated that coaches and golfers should focus on strength and power training for the core muscles,such as abdominal and back and the hip muscles,moreover training flexibility about shoulders and hip and trunk areas should be enhanced in order to improve competitive ability then reduced injury risks.
