摘要
本文研究了2012年美国批准的生物农药专利,分析了美国生物农药专利的特点,提出了促进我国生物农药发展的意见建议。
This paper studies the bio-pesticide patents approved in the United States in 2012, analyze the characteristics of the patent of the United States of bio-pesticides, and put forward suggestions to promote the development of bio-pesticides in China.
