甲氨基阿维菌素在韭菜上残留研究

Studies on Residue of Emamectin Benzoate on Chives

采用高效液相色谱外标法,对甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐在韭菜上田间应用的动态残留和最终残留进行了测定。结果表明,甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐在韭菜上的半衰期为1.89d,用量500mL/667m2处理3次,最后一次施药后7d,韭菜中未检出农药(残留量低于0.1ug/kg)。

APHIS （pre-harvest intervals） of emamectin benzoate on chives was established for the field and laboratory research. The dynamics and teminal residus of emamectin benzoate on chives was determined by HPLC. The result shows the half-life period of emamectin benzoate in chives is 1.89 days. Chives was treated 3 time under the rate of 500mL/667m2, and 7 days after the last application residues in chives were below the limit of detection （〈0.1ug/kg） .
