摘要
本文介绍一种快速,有效的分析方法,采用液谱-串联四级杆质谱仪,以乙腈和水作为流动相,用2.1×50mm Poroshell 120 SB-C182.7-Micron柱和ESI源,在负离子模式下,外标法定量测定乙烯利原药的含量,该方法的线性相关系数为:0.998 6,标准偏差为:0.39,变异系数为:0.40%,平均回收率为:98.53%,结果表明:该方法可用于测定乙烯利原药与制剂的含量。
A rapid and efficient method for the determination of ethephon TC by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was introduced. The mass spectrometer was operated with ESI in negative ion mode. The target analyses were quantified by external standard method. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 5, the standard deviation was 0.39, the variation coefficient was 0.40%, the average recovery was98.53%.The method is suitable for the routine and confirmation analysis on ethephon TC.
