Review and Prospect of Research on Emotion Studies in Organizations

摘要 随着顾客定义的扩大、情绪智力的盛行和服务性经济的兴起,组织情绪管理已成为企业的一种资本管理,也是当前组织行为学研究的主要课题和未来研究的重要议题。未来,有关组织情绪的研究除了继续探讨其基础理论问题外,重点将探讨如何把组织情绪融入企业人力资资源管理实践中去。 With expanding the definition about the customer,the prevalence of emotional intelligence and the rise of service economy,organizations emotion management has become a capital management;organizational behavior is the current main research topics and important issues for future research.In the future,emotion studies in organizations will continue to explore the basic theory and management practices in HR.
