超声诊断在阑尾炎的应用(附163例分析)

目的 评估超声在阑尾炎诊断中的价值和意义。方法163例临床可疑或诊断为阑尾炎的患者,运用二维实时超声、探头频率2.5-10MHz、加压动态检查,132例经手术病理证实为阑尾炎。结果 其敏感性98.48% 、特异性93.55%、准确性97.55％。结论 超声可作为阑尾炎诊断和鉴别诊断的首选影像方法。

Purpose To evaluate the value of 2D - ultrasound diagnosis of appendicitis. Methods One hundred and sixty - three patients had been examined by 2D - ultrasound. One hundred and thirty - two of them were confirmed by histological examination. Results The preoperative sensitivity of 2D- ultrasound was 98.48% , the specificity was 93.55% , and the accuracy was 97.55% . Conclusin Ultrasonography can be the first choice for diagnosis or differential diagnoses of appendicitis.
